FIREWORKS VIDEO MAGAZINE #28, SEPTEMBER, 1999. Great footage from the PGI convention in Fargo! This time we went and had a great time! This video shows interviews, seminar excerpts and the kickoff meeting. There's a couple of demos and displays from Legion Fireworks & Wolverine Fireworks. Also, first time at PGI convention was the Indoor Competition! We show excerpts from that too. Some seminars were "Endburning Rockets" by Steve La Duke, "A Whole New Lance System" by Garry Hanson, & "Hazard Assessment & Unusual Shooting Sites" by Larry Mattingly; and of course the great Public Display by Melrose Pyrotechnics at the end.
